It seems that everyone else is getting their marching orders.  Martin Jol, Steve Clarke and now Andre Villas-Boas have gone in the last couple of weeks.  Who's next?  Well, I for one hope it's not me.  We'll be scaling things down further at the weekend.  Since recent form says I'm definitely not going to find three winners, we'll be attempting to find two in a win double, for all three methods.

Back to the above managers.  Martin Jol's sacking was understandable.  He didn't seem to be able to motivate his players and once that is your problem you're in big trouble.

Steve Clarke lost his job as an indirect consequence of Andre Mariner's incompetence at Stamford Bridge.  A win over Chelsea would have boosted morale no end.  A Subsequent draw against local rivals Aston Villa followed by four consecutive defeats did for him.

Andre Villas-Boas lost his job at Spurs because...Ah, don't have a clue on that one.  Impatience?

What are the odds on Harry Rednapp going back?  60-1.  No I'm not advocating a punt on that one even though Harry does love a reprise!

It has to be said, tipping wise, we are in a bit of slump, hence reducing the outlay at the weekend.

Keep The Faith!
