Rangers Start Again in Division 3 of the Scottish League.

Quite right too.
They'll be the better for it.  I think Scottish football will be all the better for it too.
All the little clubs will benefit financially from two games against Rangers.  One team in the SPL will benefit from the games they play in Europe that they wouldn't otherwise have played.
Rules will be put in place for other clubs that fail financially and Rangers have set a precedent.   All Scottish SPL and League teams now know what the penalty for financial failure will be.  To be perfectly frank I don't see a downside.
So will it be Dunfermline or Dundee that becomes 'Club 12' in the SPL?  There's only one way to decide this one...It's got to be a penalty shootout!

And In England

John Terry has been found 'Not Guilty' of racially abusing Anton Ferdinand.  I don't know anything about the circumstances, but I do know that in hot tempered games, the one between QPR and Chelsea last October was a prime example, lots of things are said in the heat of the moment that probably on reflection would have been better left unsaid.  If the case does nothing other than highlight that if you do say something that is racist, sexist, homophobic or whatever, during a game you might end up in court, then Rio and Anton's ordeal was a price worth paying.

Fabio Capello might well be feeling justified in the stand he took against the FA interfering in his team selection and could perhaps be thinking of a claim for constructive dismissal...

Oh dear, could the FA possibly pour another million or two down the drain?  Please don't sue Mr. Capello, please don't sue.

Good Fortune Viewers!
